Scenes from the ‘Hands Off!’ protests in Southern California

Protesters gathered at more than a dozen locations across Southern California Saturday to take part in nationwide “Hands Off!” rallies organized to protest a range of Trump Administration policies.
Many of the rallying cries were aimed at the work of Trump’s billionaire advisor Elon Musk and his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
People rallied in downtown Los Angeles at Pershing Square. Other local protests included those in Torrance, Long Beach, Santa Clarita, Santa Ana and Riverside. The crowds of people appeared to peaceful.
While protests against the Trump administration have taken place since January when he took office, but Saturday’s protest appeared to be the most widespread to date of Trump’s second term.
