“For a quarter of a century Collision has represented the absolute best of Southern California student/athletes and while we have hosted the event on college campuses in the past the natural fit is for a high school campus and my relationship with St. Bernard head coach Bernard McCrumby made this an easy choice,”Miller said.

The Collision All Star Games is the only event of its kind that features senior girls and boys representing the CIF Los Angeles City Section and CIF Southern Section competing against each other.

Many of the Southland’s most outstanding players have participated in Collision including NBA MVP Russell Westbrook (Leuzinger), former NBA standout Darren Collison (Etiwanda), former WNBA standouts Ebony Hoffman and Lisa Willis (Narbonne) as well as scores of others who have went on to lead successful lives off the basketball court.
