For the first time ever, two NFL mascots are teaming up to represent that football is family. On behalf of the Seattle Seahawks, their mascot, Blitz, will join Los Angeles Rams mascot Rampage to provide more than $10,000 worth of Nike shoes to youth served by the Boys and Girls Club of Pasadena whose home and school communities were impacted by the devastating Eaton Fire.

Rams running back Kyren Williams will join Seahawks Legends Jeron JohnsonJon Ryan and Walter Thurmond for the distribution.

In celebration of the Seahawks’ 50th season in 2025, the team has launched a new initiative, “Impacting 50 Communities.” The program aims to positively impact 50 different communities through meaningful events and support across the globe. The team’s donation will be made on behalf of Blitz’s Kicks4Kids program, a charitable initiative designed to provide shoes and support to kids and families in need.

The efforts are in continuation of the commitment the Rams have made to the Los Angeles community since the unprecedented fires broke out on Jan. 7, 2025. The team most recently took their Draft operations to Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Air Operations, showcasing their commitment to community resilience and honoring the first responders who protect the city they call home.

The team also has hosted two major distribution events for evacuated families and football clinics for impacted youth, delivered meals to fire stations and base camps, donated backpacks and distributed merchandise with Rams players and coaches, Rams Cheerleaders and Rampage. Legends including Aaron Donald, Andrew Whitworth and Todd Gurley have visited base camps and distributed essential items while quarterback Matthew Stafford and his wife, Kelly, gifted Pasadena High School and Pasadena Panthers Youth Football programs with new uniforms and football equipment that were lost in the wildfires. To date, the Rams have donated nearly $2 million in total to fire relief efforts, including a $1million donation from The Kroenke Family Foundation to LAFD Foundation.
