Going back to school gives a lot of kids anxiety. How can parents help their kids handle the stress? We talked to an expert who had some advice for both parents and their children.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY – Class is almost back in session for these Southern California school districts. As most students gear up for back-to-school in mid-to-late August, here’s a complete guide to the 2023 dates for some of the largest districts in your area.
