FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ KICKS OFF THIS THURSDAY IN LOS ANGELES

This week marks the start of FIFA World Cup 2026™, featuring the U.S. Men’s National Team Opening Match,
Official FIFA Fan Festival™ Los Angeles, and region-wide activations to start the 39-day tournament.
LOS ANGELES– After years of planning, this week marks the beginning of a historic 39-day FIFA World Cup 2026™ experience in Los Angeles, highlighted by the U.S. Men’s National Team Opening Match on Friday June, 12, the Official FIFA Fan Festival™ Los Angeles on June 11-14 and dozens of events designed to unite fans from around the world as the tournament begins in Los Angeles.
Fans are encouraged to celebrate the opening week of the tournament at theOfficial FIFA Fan Festival™ Los Angeles, taking place June 11–14 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at Exposition Park. Tickets are just $10, and children 12 and under are free. For four days, the historic Coliseum will transform into the largest public FIFA World Cup™ celebration in Los Angeles bringing together fans from across the region and around the world to experience live match broadcasts, musical performances by STEVE AOKI, NORMANI, DEORRO, SICKICK, LOS LOBOS, CAPITAL CITIES, DJ RAVIDRUMS and more, immersive fan activations, live match broadcasts, international food offerings, and the unmatched energy of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ atmosphere.

- Daily highlights include a live broadcast of Brazil vs. Morocco and Haiti vs. Scotland, and performances by Capital Cities and KNOLLDOLL.
June 14:
- Day 4 – Official FIFA Fan Festival™ Los Angeles
- Daily highlights include a live broadcast of Germany vs. Curaçao and Netherlands vs. Japan, and performances by Sickick and Normani.
