LAS VEGAS–Two months after concert goers suffered devastation and heartbreak at the cancellation of the Lovers & Friends Festival in April, 5120 Entertainment will promote the ultra popular ‘Fall Back In Love Comedy & Music Jam’ (FBIL) headlined by R&B sensations “The West Coast Queen” Brandy and Bryson Tiller on Friday June 14 at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of UNLV.

Hosted by founder and creator the affable Rip Michaels who has been combating a series of health challenges, ‘Fall Back In Love” will also feature the likes of Kelly Price, Eric Bellinger, Bobby Valentino, Sammi, Lloyd, Lil Duval, comedian Michael Blackson and many others.

The event unfolds on the weekend of Juneteenth and a night before world boxing champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis defends his strap against the undefeated Frank Martin at the MGM Grand.

5120 Entertainment has partnered with Rip Michaels for ‘Fall Back In Love concerts since the spring of ‘23, including successful shows throughout America and now aims to make a big splash in Sin City, pulling out all of its promotional expertise and guerilla marketing might in the regions of Phoenix, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

“Where others see challenges, I see opportunity and this is a huge chance for 5120 Entertainment to give back to the many fans who support music and comedy, something they desire and give their heart and soul,” said Eugene Parker, 5120 Entertainment CEO.

Michaels echoed the sentiments felt by Parker. “I have always wanted to come to Las Vegas, but since these supporting fans lost out on Lovers & Friends a couple of months ago there is no better time than now. Eugene and I are partners in a much bigger way than the business of entertainment. We genuinely care about people and the fact that we can start the Juneteenth weekend is a blessing,” added Michaels.

Tickets for the blockbuster are scaled from $30 and 25 percent ticket discounts are offered to unions, veterans and employees who are the engine that drives Las Vegas.

Two lucky contest winners of IHeartMedia-Phoenix won air travel, hotel accommodations for four and floor seats for FBIL Las Vegas compliments of 5120 Entertainment based in Southern California.

Temperatures hovered over 100 degrees all week in Las Vegas, forcing tourist and residents indoors where air conditioned casinos and homes kept them safe from the sweltering climate, but such conditions pose no threat whatsoever to ‘Fall Back In Love Comedy & Music Jam’ which will be held indoors at Thomas & Mack Center.
